“Boot Camp” Staff Retreat
Beacon of Montana Youth Camp hosts an annual Boot Camp training retreat weekend. This is attended by staff members and Staff in Training (S.I.T.). It is designed to be an enjoyable weekend, but also one in which we can accomplish staff training to better equip staff for working the summer youth camps.
